The Charlton Harness Racing Club is indebted to our Bar Manager and Vice President Jim Harvey as he has again put his talents on show with a new sign over the presentation area on course. As we are always looking for new ways to improve our course and make it more appealing to members and visitors we feel very lucky to have someone on our committee who is so ready give of his time and talent.
